Workflow-fit call
Check your workflow fit.
A short conversation about one recurring workflow — manually reviewed, never booked automatically, and never a free stand-in for the paid discovery sprint.
Three ways to look at Disponi
The public sample, the fit call, and the paid sprint are deliberately different things. This page sits in the middle: it starts a conversation, nothing more.
Sample assessment
Public and illustrative
One workflow, assessed with the same method Disponi uses in paid discovery — free to read, with fictional data.

Short and manually qualified
A brief conversation about one workflow. Not a booked demo and not a free personalized assessment.

Paid and fixed scope
The paid discovery engagement: a multi-workflow opportunity map, systems review, and a deployment plan for one workflow.
Start with a fit call
What makes a workflow a good fit
Disponi is built for workflows with these signals. If yours has most of them, a fit call is worth having — but nothing here guarantees qualification or implementation.
- RecurringThe workflow happens on a predictable schedule or volume.
- OwnedAn accountable person owns the outcome and can approve changes.
- ObservableSuccess is visible: a completed report, a recorded update, a closed follow-up.
- AccessibleThe systems involved can be connected safely with the right permissions.
- BoundedConsequential decisions can be limited to explicit, human-approved boundaries.
What happens after you submit
A person reviews your request
Every submission is read by a person at Disponi. Requests are not auto-qualified and no call is booked by the form.
A short fit call, if it looks worthwhile
If the workflow matches the fit signals, Disponi replies to arrange a short conversation — not a demo, not a free assessment.
An honest outcome either way
A fit can lead to the paid, fixed-scope First Workflow Sprint. A partial fit gets an honest discussion. A workflow that is not currently suitable is declined — without presenting the submission as an accepted project.
Important: submitting this form does not book a call, and it does not include a free personalized assessment or an implementation plan. The personalized opportunity map, systems review, and deployment plan are part of the paid First Workflow Sprint.
Request a workflow-fit call
Describe one recurring workflow at process level. That is enough for a fit check — the details come later, if there is a call.
